Natalie focuses on dispute resolution, helping attorneys find long-term solutions tailored to their clients’ specific legal needs. Her team works on a wide range of legal matters—single- and multiplaintiff cases, as well as advising clients through employment issues. Natalie helps brainstorm different approaches and solutions to employment law issues, and does research so that her team can form winning briefs.
In her time at Lynn University, Natalie obtained an MBA with a focus in leadership management. With this background, she understands the roles that business leaders have in decision-making. While in law school, Natalie was a member of the Wagner Labor and Employment Moot Court team, where she competed in a New York competition. She later coached the team and helped lead them to the semi-finals. Having also been an athlete, Natalie understands the importance of teamwork, work ethic, and communication. She knows how to focus on a task at hand and is willing to give it her all.
