With a focus on AI, SaaS, cloud services, and data-driven products, Neeka advises clients on legal matters involving intellectual property strategy, cross-border licensing, data privacy, and AI governance frameworks that impact her clients’ logistics, warehousing, and robotics. - Negotiated a Platform as a Service Agreement that includes provisions governing AI functionality, including risk analysis, potential mitigation strategies, and adjustments to the scope.
- Reviewed five agreements with a software company specializing in space planning solutions, including publishing and intellectual property agreements. Conducted a thorough analysis of key risks and concerns across all documents, with particular focus on IP ownership, licensing terms, and publication rights.

- Represented a communications equipment company in securing a 501(c)(6) tax-exempt status following the company’s reincorporation in Delaware from Singapore.
- Represented an investment services company in private placements to finance multifamily projects in Georgia and North Carolina.
- Represented a rapidly growing emerging company in the automated background check business in a more than $50 million sale of the company to a provider of end-to-end software solutions for enterprise legal, compliance, and human resources professionals.
