More About Nicholas
Companies need restructuring counsel—especially counsel with deal experience—during any periods of financial distress or turbulence, whether they are a borrower or lender navigating a loan, or whether they are looking to offload assets or purchase them. Nick has been heavily involved in all these kinds of legal matters, helping clients turn distress into opportunity.
Nick has assisted clients of all sizes and industries with navigating the legal issues of financial distress, whether that of themselves, their borrowers, or contractual counterparties, to maximize recovery, limit loss, and protect their interests. He has extensive experience in various industries, such as agriculture, tech, and commercial real estate, involving creditor rights, debtor representations, contractual disputes, and distressed transactions. These include multiple workouts on loans to some of the largest dairy cattle operations in the country, enforcing and protecting the rights of global financial institutions in bankruptcy, and negotiating workouts of innumerable parcels of commercial real estate.
