Penny draws on more than 20 years of experience in workplace health and safety law to help her clients manage the legal risks to their business.

She has extensive experience defending prosecutions across a broad range of industries as well as advising and representing clients on questions of law in the Victorian Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia.
She is a strategic thinker, advising safety professionals not only on their legal obligations, but on industry best practice and risk mitigation strategies to ensure her clients meet their commercial objectives.
