Quinten advises clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions—including banks and private equity funds—in structuring, negotiating, and executing construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments involving real estate projects across a number of asset classes.
Quinten’s practice also includes representing owners, investors, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of multifamily projects, hotels, office buildings, industrial properties, health care facilities, and mixed-use assets located throughout the country.
