More About Rachel

Seyfarth at Work clients look to Rachel and her team to develop and deploy training and management solutions in a consistently practical and effective manner.

Rachel’s deep experience in business leadership, logistics and complex event planning, provide her with the ability to assess client needs and fully meet organizational and training rollout objectives. As a result, Rachel is primarily responsible for the financial operations, budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and bank accounts for multiple legal entities and association groups. She works with much of the Fortune 100, global market leaders, trade associations, and think tanks, as well as mom and pop businesses.

Rachel began her work as a logistics professional more than a decade ago. Today, she is responsible for all financial and administrative management at Seyfarth at Work. Rachel also supervises all of Seyfarth at Work’s consultant teams charged with design, marketing services, social media, and general project management.

Rachel leads Seyfarth at Work’s worldwide scheduling and develops detailed, cost-effective rollouts for training initiatives. She works closely with clients, trainers, and firm partners to finalize all logistical details—from documentation to room configuration—as well as customizing training day materials to meet an organization’s specific needs and goals. Rachel stays abreast of key design developments and trends through industry publications and by attending professional development programs. In addition, Rachel currently coordinates activities of national association executive boards, steering committees, and working groups.

Rachel identifies and deploys cutting-edge technology and management solutions to best serve clients. For example, she has developed a number of customized and proprietary digital logistics and communication processes (knowledge-sharing tools) for specific organizations. Rachel also applies these tools to manage budgets for conferences, meetings, project launches, and a range of other educational activities. Due the efforts of Rachel and her team, her overall collection rate on accounts receivable across projects is more than 98%—and has resulted in an annual average of 25% reduction of expenses.

Rachel enjoys assessing complex client challenges and leveraging her skills—as well as Seyfarth at Work’s creative resources—in order to achieve uniquely holistic, enduring, and cost-effective solutions for clients.
