Randa guides lenders and commercial mortgage loan servicers through the intricate legal matters of originating and servicing loans. She prides herself on being responsive, involved in her clients’ transactions, and thoughtful regarding solutions for clients. Randa provides counsel to institutional lenders and routinely represents CMBS lenders in originating loans for securitization. Randa has closed loans with all types of collateral, from traditional commercial real estate to rolling stock. She also has experience assisting clients with ranch purchases and leases.
