Sarah delivers strategic legal support on legislative reform, compliance, advisory matters, and dispute resolution so that clients can manage risk and adapt with confidence. Sarah assists individuals, regulators, and businesses—from small enterprises to multinationals.

In her practice, Sarah supports clients through tribunal, federal, and state litigation; ensures compliance with employment conditions, modern awards, and enterprise bargaining; and guides clients through their employer or employee obligations. She also manages claims involving discrimination, harassment, bullying, and other employment-related disputes.

When working with clients, Sarah takes the time to understand their unique cultures and workplace challenges, aligning legal strategies with their commercial goals.
