Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including business and financial services, intellectual property, and contract disputes. Sarah has advised companies in the personal care and beauty products industry on litigation involving product marketing, safety, labeling, packaging, and manufacturing. She has managed all phases of complex litigation, including fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial proceedings.
In addition to her litigation work, Sarah counsels clients on labeling compliance, consumer marketing practices, and risk management strategies aimed at minimizing the likelihood of litigation and regulatory enforcement.
