Seth has extensive experience representing owners and financial institutions, including banks and private equity funds, in structuring, negotiating, and executing construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and workouts involving real estate projects across a number of asset classes. His practice also includes representing owners, investors, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, and workout of multifamily projects, hotels, office buildings, industrial properties, health care facilities, and mixed-use assets located throughout the country.
