During law school, Sidra externed for the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, DC, where she conducted legal research focusing on unfair labor practices, protected concerted activities, and collective bargaining disputes. Sidra also worked as a student attorney for the Gender Justice Clinic, where she represented pro bono clients in name change and immigration proceedings. Additionally, she worked as a teaching assistant for an employment discrimination course.
