More About Steve
Clients seeking to transfer employees from offices outside of the US increasingly encounter challenges and denials. Steve helps clients understand their options and prepares detailed cases that achieve successful results. In the current adjudicatory environment at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), cases require a substantial amount of evidence and documentation to receive an approval. Steve helps clients in preparing these materials to effectively respond to Requests for Evidence.
Steve has worked extensively in the field of business immigration since 2011. Having worked with a diverse set of clients across information technology, finance, and pharmaceutical companies, Steve is able to effectively communicate with clients to address issues.
