Victoria understands that the strategy, culture, and needs of each client are crucial to solve their unique problems and delivering a client-centered solution. She keeps her clients up to date with their immigration cases and changes in immigration law.
In her practice, Victoria counsels clients and develops solutions in different aspects of immigration law, including family-based visa applications, citizenship applications, and nonimmigrant and immigrant business visa applications. Victoria has represented clients before government agencies, including the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor. During law school, she obtained health care law certification, which has provided her with the skills necessary to assist clients with immigration law matters within the health care landscape. She is also fluent in Mandarin.
Victoria integrates technology into her practice to develop streamlined approaches in preparing visa applications, delivering efficient representation, and keeping clients up to date.
Victoria is passionate about collaborating with her talented Seyfarth team to serve clients. She is dedicated to helping her clients execute their strategies, and helping talented foreign nationals pursue their careers in the United States, as well as assisting their families with coming to the US.
