More About Victoria

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) reaches nearly every corner of a business, from brick-and-mortar locations and websites to accommodation requests and customer interactions. Clients rely on Victoria's deep knowledge of disability law and enforcement experience to help them navigate compliance obligations, respond to claims, and reduce legal risk while expanding access for customers and employees.

Victoria’s experience litigating and investigating disability rights cases for the Department of Justice (DOJ) gives her an insider’s perspective of the challenges that businesses face in avoiding or resolving ADA litigation as painlessly as possible. With 18 years in this space, she is respected in the disability rights community for her practical understanding of disability issues and reasonable solutions. She has navigated everything from dueling expert testimony in ADA claims involving thousands of impacted individuals to whether a service animal really can detect blood sugar problems.

Victoria brings extensive experience in Titles II and III of the ADA, having litigated at the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section for over a decade. As lead counsel on some of the DOJ's most complex ADA investigations and enforcement matters, she negotiated settlements, litigated cases, advised DOJ leadership on strategy and policy, and oversaw compliance efforts nationwide. Earlier in her career, Victoria represented individuals and advocacy organizations in ADA matters. She brings deep insights into the law and what the other side is thinking to help her clients navigate complex requirements successfully.
