Wendy concentrates her practice on domestic and cross-border disputes spanning a wide range of industries, including banking and finance, technology, food and agriculture, transportation, and health care. She both prosecutes and defends against claims on behalf of businesses, owners, advisors, and other fiduciaries. Wendy’s experience includes litigating issues arising out of contract and licensing disputes, data and privacy, investor relationships, unfair competition, consumer protection, fraud, and franchise law.
Wendy has also devoted substantial time to pro bono matters involving nonprofit businesses, constitutional and civil rights litigation, domestic violence protection, and immigration.
