Latin America
From Mexico to Argentina and every country in between, our multinational clients frequently have needs that extend across Latin America—and beyond. Seyfarth's industry-leading legal team, with experience in more than 194 countries, offers a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach.
HOW WE HELP
Our experience and skill across Latin America is well-tested over a long period of time. Our services in the region include advising on market entry, expansion, and cross-border investment strategies, as well as international employment law including mobility, and multi-disciplinary commercial support, ranging from cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, to international commercial agreements, multi-country data center work, and real estate.
We also represent clients in complex cross-border disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and enforcement matters, and support major infrastructure, financing, and development projects across the region.
Leveraging our global strength in employment law, we help clients align workforce strategy with local legal requirements, manage operational risk, and navigate evolving regulatory landscapes across jurisdictions.
