Ms. Dolph is an associate practicing Labor and Employment Law in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice is concentrated in employment discrimination and ERISA litigation. Ms. Dolph regularly defends single and multi-plaintiff cases involving claims brought under Title VII, ADA, Section 1981, ADEA, FMLA and involving the Railway Labor Act (RLA).
