More About Gregg

From initial project planning through final dispute resolution, construction project participants will encounter a variety of legal obstacles. Clients look to Gregg to help them avoid, steer through, and resolve these obstacles in a practical, cost-effective way.

Gregg started his career at a renowned national construction law firm, working on major engineering and construction projects all over the world. After two decades as a partner at the firm, he joined Seyfarth, where he continues to bring his knowledge to bear on private and public construction projects of all types. In his practice, Gregg has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and building material manufacturers. This has given him a broad perspective on all aspects of the construction industry.

Gregg has extensive experience drafting construction and design contract documents, counseling clients during the course of construction projects to minimize risks and achieve optimal results, and advocating for clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He has successfully represented construction clients in numerous mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.

Over the years, Gregg has worked on a wide variety of exciting construction projects, including power plants in Canada and Asia, housing developments in Africa and Guam, a Major League Baseball stadium in Milwaukee, wind farms in the Mojave Desert, and high-rises in Las Vegas, Chicago, and San Francisco.

Gregg prides himself on working closely with the project team to achieve practical results that best align with his clients' "real world" business objectives. While he uses all of the latest technology to enhance the services he provides, he also is someone who doesn't hesitate to pick up the phone and simply hash through the latest developments and issues with his clients. Gregg has many clients that he has worked with repeatedly for decades.

Gregg loves practicing at Seyfarth alongside some of the best construction and project development attorneys in the country. His goal is to provide construction clients with the most cost-effective and successful representation possible.
