FOIA Amended: Highlights for Illinois Public Entities

Please join us to discuss the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  Public Act 96-542, effective January 1, 2010, amends the procedures required when responding to FOIA requests, changes FOIA’s previous list of exemptions, and expands penalties for failure to comply.
