Jason Priebe will present with panel, “California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Penalties” at The Sedona Conference Working Group 11 Annual Meeting

Jason Priebe will participate in a panel on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Penalties at the Annual Meeting of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 11. This 2 day meeting in Houston, Texas will cover several topics related to the group’s focus of data security and privacy liability. 

 

Jason’s panel will hold an in-depth discussion on the “per violation” language if the CCPA. The panel will lead a dialogue on the common questions of interpretation of this rule, as well as the interpretive significance of damages recoverable under the CCPA.
