Richard Lutkus to Present, “Same Company. Different Views. How IT and Legal Approach Data Security,” at Relativity Fest

Rick Lutkus, partner in the eDiscovery and Information group, will be presenting at Relativity Fest 2019 on October 22. Rick’s session, “Same Company. Different Views. How IT and Legal Approach Data Security,” will explore the differences in how corporate legal departments and IT decision makers view data regulation.

Rick will be co-presenting with representatives from Special Counsel and Relativity. From prepping for a breach, to acting prudently after, the panel will address topics plaguing the experts at the heart of the debate. This deep-dive will serve as the launch of the Relativity and Special Counsel Data Breach Survey. All attendees to this panel will be given exclusive, pre-access to key findings that they can use to have meaningful discussions about potential breaches within their own organizations.
