In this webinar, we will focus on FinTech, what it means and how it affects the financial industry. The speakers will begin by defining FinTech and reviewing how its utilization has increased, especially with banks and financial institutions. They’ll discuss the expansive and evolving regulations at both the state and federal levels, as well as, highlight the areas of exposure and examples of enforcement actions and litigation. Based on this information, the program will further cover best practices and preparedness for navigating the unclear and changing regulatory landscape. Finally, they will touch on the how COVID-19 has impacted FinTech and how it will shape FinTech for the future.
