Adam Lasky to Moderate ABA Panel on GAO Protective Orders

Adam Lasky, Seyfarth partner and Government Contracts practice co-chair, will moderate the ABA’s Section of Public Contract Law Bid Protest Committee’s “A Dialogue with GAO about its Protective Order” program, on March 23 at 12 p.m. Eastern.

The program will include a discussion with the US Government Accountability Office about common questions concerning the GAO’s protective order and the protective order process in bid protests. The panel will cover the full process, from the application, to releasing protected materials, to using documents in other proceedings.
