Ameena Majid was quoted in a February 10 story from Reuters, “Big Law bets that ESG trend is here to stay with fresh moves by Orrick, Seyfarth.” Seyfarth launched its own 20-lawyer ESG, corporate citizenship and human rights team. Majid said that there has been a paradigm shift in business with companies focusing more on brand reputation, transparency, and accountability now that investors and consumers are being more vocal on their expectations about corporations' roles in society.
