Ameena Majid Spoke on a Corporate Counsel Institute Panel

On Thursday, June 6th, Ameena Majid spoke on a panel framing the first day’s agenda for the Corporate Counsel Institute (“CCI”). She shared how general counsel can frame ESG in a politically divided world, the changing role of counsel, governance, and the SEC climate rules, including her views on the rules in light of pending litigation and an election year. CCI is the only program in the country designed by a committee made up exclusively of general counsel and address the latest legal issues affecting business while allowing attendees to discuss shared experiences, identify concerns, and network with peers.
