The National Law Journal has named Amy Hoang, co-chair of Seyfarth’s Government Contracts practice, a 2025 DC Rising Star.

This annual recognition honors the top 40 “most promising lawyers” under 40 in the Washington, DC area.  Honorees are “innovators” who have “wielded influence in their practice areas” by developing unique practice niches, building strong books of business, demonstrating leadership, and securing meaningful wins for clients.

Hoang advises federal contractors on high-stakes bid protests, internal investigations, and compliance matters across the procurement life cycle. She serves as an officer of the ABA Public Contract Law Section and is actively involved in the Washington, DC government contracts legal community, providing her with deep insight into industry best practices and government priorities that she translates into practical guidance for clients.

Hoang will be officially recognized at the NLJ Awards Dinner in Washington on November 5.

The NLJ 2025 Rising Star accolade is the latest such honor for Hoang who was previously chosen as a “Rising Star in Government Contracts” by Law360, “40 Under 40” by Bloomberg Law, "On the Rise - Top 40 Young Lawyers Award" by the American Bar Association, “Next Generation Partner for Government Contracts” by The Legal 500, and “Up and Coming” for Government Contracts by Chambers USA.
