Ana Cid to Speak at the Annual IBA Employment and Diversity Law Conference

On April 28, 2023, Ana Cid, International Employment Law Partner in Seyfarth's New York office, will join a panel of expert speakers to deliver the session “Negotiation skills: negotiations/bargaining with employee representatives” at the International Bar Association (IBA) Employment and Diversity Law Conference 2023 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In this session, the speakers will explore how to effectively negotiate with employee representatives, the challenges and pitfalls presented in both face-to-face and remote negotiations (taking into consideration different cultures and jurisdictions).
