Andrew Paley was quoted in a January 3 story from Law360, “Wage And Hour Cases To Watch in 2021.” Paley said a ruling from the Ninth Circuit (in Chamber of Commerce of the USA et al. v. Xavier Becerra et al.) that upholds the state law could embolden legislatures throughout the country to enact laws that limit arbitration.
