Andrew Scroggins Quoted in SHRM

 Andrew Scroggins was quoted in an April 6 story from SHRM, “Are Referral Bonuses Included in Overtime Calculations?” Scroggins said that employers will want to check their policies to strike the right balance between motivating employees to make referrals, encouraging the employee and new referral to stay, and avoid having any referral bonus added to the regular rate.
