Andy Scroggins Discusses White House Makeover of the EEOC in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Andy Scroggins in its article about the potential impact of the administration’s newest nominee for the EEOC on May 27. Scroggins discussed how the White House’s makeover of the EEOC will eventually result in a voting quorum and a Republican majority on the commission.

“With a Republican majority in place, (Acting EEOC Chair Andrea) Lucas will likely follow through to change the guidance and maybe even trim it down further.”
