Scroggins discussed how job seekers in a closely watched lawsuit against Workday are seeking access to internal data on its AI hiring tools, including applicant demographics, audit results, and algorithm details, as their case led by Derek Mobley has advanced further than most AI bias suits with early wins and growing potential to influence future claims.
