Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a February 3 story from Law360, "Developers In A Holding Pattern As Congress Debates EB-5." Paparelli said that the cost of such changes remains an issue, and additional reporting requirements to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are likely to result in higher costs for developers or regional centers, entities set up to handle many EB-5 projects.
