Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a December 20 story from Law360, "Top Immigration Policy Changes Of 2019." Paparelli said that the higher investment thresholds, coupled with Congress’ failure to make more visas available, will aggravate the green card backlogs and make the EB-5 program nonfunctional from a business perspective.
