Angelo Paparelli quoted in Law360

Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a November 17 story entitled “H-1B, L-1 Visa Overhaul Bill Stokes Business Concerns” from Law360 on the newly introduced H-1B and L-1 Visa Reform Act of 2015 which is aimed at curbing abuse in the H-1B and L-1 visa programs. Paparelli said the legislation would end the use of B-1 visas for foreign workers who might otherwise come on H-1B and argued that the B-1 has been a very useful safety valve when the H-1B quota has been exhausted.
