Angelo Paparelli Quoted in the Wall Street Journal
“U.S. Begins New Crackdown on Hiring Illegal Workers”

Seyfarth Shaw Immigration partner Angelo Paparelli is quoted in a September 12 Wall Street Journal article discussing “silent raids” conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

 

According to Angelo, “the government has slashed the time it gives employers to find and train replacement workers, to about 20 days from three to four months, which ‘avoided disrupting or closing the business,’ deeming the new policy potentially a ‘deadly blow’ to employers.”
