Bloomberg Law quoted Annette Tyman in its article, “Companies Embrace Religion as Latest Facet of Diversity Efforts,” on February 1. Tyman discussed how workers are pushing employers to set up religious Employee Resource Groups amid a growing cultural shift toward including religion in broader workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

“Companies considering these groups should put ‘guardrails in place’ to ensure faith-based ERGs serve a legitimate business purpose, and that members understand their roles and ‘driving focus.’”
