Annette Tyman Discusses Employers Considering Social Class in DEI in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Annette Tyman in its article, “Trump’s Scrutiny Spurs Employers to Consider Social Class in DEI,” on April 28. Tyman discussed how businesses are emphasizing socioeconomic background, either alongside or instead of race and gender, in their diversity policies to sidestep potential enforcement under the Trump administration.

“The challenge in some respects is getting access to that information, that’s all new. And how are you going to collect and gather that information and use it in a meaningful way?”
