In a recent article published by Directorship.com, Boston Wage & Hour partner Ariel Cudkowicz breaks down the top 10 most influential Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower-related cases of the past year.

Ariel points out that litigation under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act’s (SOX) whistleblower protection provisions in Section 806 is continuing to proliferate. They make their point by showcasing the most significant cases the federal courts and the U.S. Department of Labor issued in 2010.
