Ashley Jenkins, an associate in Seyfarth's Washington, DC office and a member of the firm's ADA Title III & Public Access practice, will co-present a session at the 2026 M-Enabling Summit on October 6, 2026, in Arlington, Virginia.

The session, "Digital Accessibility Lawsuits in the U.S.: A Review of the Data and Implications for Accessibility Strategy," will examine the evolving digital accessibility landscape in the United States, including current and proposed legislation and regulations, as well as trends emerging from ADA-related litigation. Drawing on this data, the presenters will discuss practical strategies organizations can implement to strengthen accessibility compliance, mitigate legal risk, and enhance the user experience for individuals with disabilities.
