Ashley has extensive experience representing clients in litigation involving both physical and digital access matters, as well as in federal and state government investigations, including matters brought by the US Department of Justice.
Ashley regularly defends businesses in lawsuits arising under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and parallel state statutes, including single-plaintiff and class action cases filed in federal and state courts across the country. Her clients include retailers, hotels, restaurants, movie theaters, technology companies, institutions of higher education, health care providers, housing providers, and public entities. Ashley’s work spans claims involving architectural barriers, website and mobile application accessibility, effective communication, service animals, and other core ADA compliance issues.
In addition to her Title III practice, Ashley has significant experience counseling and defending clients under the Fair Housing Act, advising housing providers and related entities on compliance obligations, responding to government investigations, and defending enforcement actions.
