Associate Development Programs Discussed in Boston Business Journal

An article in the November 25 issue of the Boston Business Journal concerning associate development at law firms quoted Boston associate Krista Pratt discussing the training program at Seyfarth. The article, entitled “Establishing Practice: Law firms take a more directed approach to developing their rookie lawyers”, stated: “In recent training sessions at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, labor and employment associate Krista Pratt liked hearing how her more experienced colleagues approached a deposition and why they've developed their practice in a certain way.
