Benjamin Briggs discusses NIOSH guidelines for employers of temporary workers in SHRM

SHRM quoted partner Benjamin Briggs in its article, “NIOSH Issues Guidelines for Employers of Temporary Workers” on January 9. Briggs said the OSHA regularly cites multiple companies—including host employers—under this multiemployer worksite doctrine for alleged hazards faced by temporary employers.
