Brian Ashe quoted in Ignites

Brian Ashe was quoted in a November 20 story entitled “Pimco’s Bid to Convince Court of 'Futility' of Gross's Case” from Ignites on Pimco’s legal strategy in filing a demurral in a recent lawsuit that Bill Gross brought against the firm he co-founded more than four decades ago. Ashe said the court will most likely sustain Pimco’s demurrer but let Gross amend his claims.
