Seyfarth Labor & Employment attorneys Camille Olson, Richard Lapp and Nathan Kipp authored an article in December 7 edition of BNA Daily Labor Report  discussing the Supreme Court case, which centers on the issue of the word “supervisor” and how it is defined for purposes of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. The authors discuss how employers may be affected if the court adopts either a broad or narrow definition of the term.
