Seyfarth’s Camille Olson co-authored an article, “Maintaining Trust in Corporate Diversity Initiatives,” in The Conference Board on August 4. Olson discussed how trust in diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) is built through legally grounded, clearly communicated, fair, and transparent systems tied to business objectives.
