“Finding a Happy Medium: A Revised Employee Social-Media Privacy Bill”

Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment attorneys Caroline Keller and Carlos Lopez authored an article published in the July 4 edition of the New Jersey Law Journal discussing a new version of an employee social-media privacy bill which is expected to received unanimous support from the New Jersey General Assembly and is expected to pass in the Senate.

Caroline and Carlos discuss recent revisions to the bill as well as other pending federal legislation including the Social Networking Online Protection Act.
