The American Lawyer quoted Chris DeGroff and Andrew Scroggins in its article, “’We’re Seeing the Floodgates Open’: EEOC’s Flip to Democratic Control Already Turbocharging Agency,” on January 26. The Seyfarth attorneys discussed how the EEOC’s flip to Democratic control at the end of fiscal 2023 sets the table for the agency to further ratchet up litigation and investigations this year.
