Chris DeGroff Discusses Teen Sexual Harassment in the Workplace in The Wall Street Journal

The Wall Street Journal quoted Chris DeGroff in its article, “The Surge in Young Workers Has a Dark Side: Sexual Harassment of Teens on the Job,” on May 16. DeGroff discussed sexual harassment of teens in the workplace and how regulators have stepped up their pursuit of companies that don’t do enough to protect teenage employees.

“The EEOC’s current enforcement push shows employers they will face consequences if they don’t have systems in place to investigate complaints and protect workers.”
