Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment partner and chair of the firm’s National Whistleblower Team Christopher Roberston is quoted in an October 31 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article discussing a recent U.S. district court decision which deferred to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s interpretation of the Dodd-Frank act, which broadens the definition of a whistleblower.
