Webinar Recording: Danger Construction Site: Construction Safety Law Overview 2020

Brent Clark and Adam Young discussed the recent trends in enforcement by OSHA at construction sites in 2020.  The program included the newest law on multi-employer worksites and how employers can reduce liabilities for misconduct by subcontractors.  They addressed the newest case law on practical topics like how to structure contracts, training, and worksite supervision.  The speakers also addressed evolving safety issues like heat illness, workplace violence, silica, and walking-working surfaces.
